Our cancellation policy and refunds
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date will be eligible for a full refund, less an administration fee of 10% of the total price.
Cancellations between 30 and 59 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Rebookings
If available, you can rebook your participation to another equivalent retreat from us within one year of the original retreat date. Rebookings are subject to a processing fee of 5% of the total price.
Exceptions
In cases of proven medical emergencies or unforeseeable serious personal circumstances, we may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. The decision is at the discretion of the organizers.
Unused services
If a participant leaves the retreat early for any reason or does not utilize certain included services, no refund or compensation will be provided.
Refund process
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the scheduled retreat start date. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
