Self-Love

They allow you to strengthen your self-perception, overcome negative thoughts, and accept yourself with compassion. Comfort Zone - Pushing the Limits


We have all comfortably settled into our comfort zones. Whether we see upcoming changes as challenges or meet them with uncertainty and stress depends on the size of our comfort zone and the rules and beliefs within it. It also matters whether this zone is permeable, whether we have tried to step out before, and what experiences we've had in doing so.

Yet, one thing becomes clear: we are not limited because of a lack of abilities. Our limitations are rather defined by our beliefs and attitudes, both about ourselves and the world around us. These deeply rooted beliefs maintain behaviour patterns that keep us in our comfort zone and provide a sense of security. Therefore, we have developed numerous strategies to preserve our safety and avoid change.

However, true learning experiences are only possible when we become aware of our mental limits and have the courage to surpass them. Only then can we leave the comfort zone, explore new horizons, and grow personally.
